Lakeside Community Healthcare - West Hills

My experience at Lakeside was amazing. I went to the dermatology dept. and saw Nurse Jessica about a suspicious mole. She made the process fun and friendly and I almost forgot why I was there. She removed the mole in less than a minute with no pain. There was barely any wait time at all. I was out of the office in less than 30 minutes. I think the receptionist could have been more friendly and I could have taken a star off for her, but Jessica is a blessing and deserves 5 stars no matter what!

Great first time visit with Dr. Nowfar-Rad, he was concerned about my comfort level as he was applying treatment to remove several moles, which I barely felt.
Victoria, his assistant was very kind and thorough describing treat for the wounds over the next week as it heals. I highly recommend them, I felt safe in their care and will be returning for other treatments they offer.

I’m new to this office but as first time patient I am very pleased with the service and kindness I received from Allison. She made me feel comfortable and very helpful with giving me information I needed. She was the sweetest to me as I came in the day before and I was running late due to traffic and the front desk lady rescheduled me even though she was aware I was having bad abdominal pain and it would of been nice to still be able to see a doctor then have to wait until the next day.
