I went to Lazy boy just to look but Arin came over and helped me find exactly what I was looking for ! I had a specific chair I needed. She was patient and very sweet . Lots of fabrics to choose from as well. Very much enjoyed my shopping there. Will go back to replace my couch too!

Always a great experience at La-Z-Boy. Went to find a recliner for my elderly mom, who is extremely picky. Jan (sales) and Maria (market sales manager) were absolutely amazing. They took time to explain the different recliners and made sure to find the perfect fit for my mom. They had her try different chairs, made sure she could use the lever and remote options, and were so patient and kind. We found the perfect chair for my mom and were able to take it home the same day. 10/10 for both these ladies!

Working with designer Ish Tunson was a wonderful experience. She is professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out 2 couches and a chair for our living room and we are so happy with the results. We will be return customers and recommend La-Z-Boy and Ish to our friends and family.
