Very nice haircuts and a very reasonable price. I took in my niece and the first time around we asked for long layers that didn't turn out very well. The lady took the time to hear us and try a second time around by adding short layers. My niece was very happy with her haircut. ?

Had my son's hair cut, but didn't come the way we wanted. They just want to cut it and get the next customer. I went there coz his hair was uneven and wanted to trim it a bit to make it nice.

I rarely write reviews, but this particular experience was began so horribly that I must do so. My 2 kids and I went to the West Hills Great Clips location yesterday. We have been there a few times before and had great experiences. Yesterday, we had a stylist that I had not seen before. Her haircut of the person before us was not great, but I assumed we would be ok if she had my daughter because it is just a shampoo and 1 inch cut to take off dead ends. Wrong!! After shampoo, she could not comb through my daughter's hair and had the nerve to say that it was my fault that her hair had "too many tangles".
