Called to make an appt, The lady that answered, I asked her If they do stye removals and her response, was you need an ophthalmologist for that and I responded saying isn’t that who I’m calling and she says no he’s a retina specialist when clearly the doctor listed as an ophthalmologist Then she hung up on me very very rude even if I need an ophthalmologist or retina specialist don’t go to this person just cause their front desk
Dr Kim is a genius! He is patient focused and took all the time I needed to answer my pre and post surgery questions. Office staff is exceptionally patient friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Kim informed me clearly of all the possible outcomes of my surgery before surgery day. His surgery was exceptional and the results truely amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kim!
