I've been bringing my exotics to Dr Reimer for years and recently visited Dr Shinkle with a bunny as well. Let me preface this by saying I've visited a lot of vets over the years, and have worked for/with about a dozen. Dr's Reimer and Shinkle absolutely know what they are doing. They will take time to explain things, they are extremely reasonably priced, and when I'm in a time pinch and can't wait long for help, they fit me in. I will continue making the 45 minute drive to All Pets for as long as I have exotics.
DVM Reimer is the best. He’s is the only vet who went the distance to heal my desert tortoise! Poor guy was sick with bacteria that even surprised Dr Reimer. But he healed him enough so he could hibernate! The staff is great. They all care deeply for pets! Great hospital!!
Have seen Dr.Reimer for yrs with a variety of pets for my family and a pet rescue and adoption ctr from tiny to lg. He is my most loved vet I have ever met. Great w/patients and any people. Explains everything in a way anyone can understand. Both vets are wonderful and so are all the staff. So happy he opened his own ofc yrs ago, because I loved him from the beginning, but I didn't like the ofc. He was at prev, I would always ask for him but it didn't always happen unless it was my personal pet. I've referred a few people and they referred oth friends, all extremely happy, of course that's yrs ago. If and when you can get on a list it's worth the wait. Sorry Dr. Amata(sp)...read full review
