The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally profesional, she asked all the needed information in a professional kind manner, nowadays you go places and is quite visible they are not having a good day and they are dry rude. This office in West Covina is great and Iām glad I chose them to get my braces treatment with them.

The manager was the sweetest and professional as well, and office from entrance to until the restroom was spotless, I carry sanitizer with me at all times and they even have sanitizer at the entrance and the brand I like.
