It was pretty busy, but everyone was absolutely amazing. Richard took his time with me and explain the products. Explain how they would look on me, which would look good in, which would not. He is absolutely amazing. Super nice person.!
The only downside is that Sephora changed the formula to their coral sunset lipstick; it now comes on matte and dry not at all like the original formula. I loved that original formula.
Really appreciate Frank at this store. He was extremely helpful when I've had negative experiences with other associates or when they were not able to help due to system issues. Thank you Frank for the positive experience - appreciate him taking the time to figure out a solution instead of blaming system errors.
