I came in on a Tuesday and a young lady by the name of Kayla was super helpful and extremely nice. I also noticed how clean the gym has been lately. The changes they have made has made a huge difference at this location.

I think this gym provides great value. You can't beat the price. With the equipment provided, you have all you need to get in excellent shape. All the equipment works, and it's repaired in a timely manner when it doesn't. Staff is usually easy going and regularly cleaning the facilities. I can usually get on all the machines I need even in the early evening rush hour. If I had a complaint, it would be more about the members, but that goes for any gym. I've seen some complaints but honestly, I've had similar issues with other gyms where I paid much more $$.

Had a wonderful customer service experience with Andrew this morning. I was asking about these 2 machines that were out of order and he said that one was supposed to be fixed, not only did he come over and check, he also did a few reps to make sure, all with a smile on his face! Super helpful and nice!
