DO NOT GO HERE. Our session started late, then their server crashed so we had to come back the next day. Turns out when you come back the next day (even when it's not your fault) half of your pictures get permanently deleted! Also was supposed to get a free print which we never got. Then we were overcharged and told we could get a refund (haven't gotten it yet) Then they tried to give us a free session, which they even rescheduled for the wrong amount of people. Worst experience of my life.

lady photographer was absolutely horrible, she was so rude to my family, they also had confirmed out appointment for 6:25, we got there at 6:15 and told us it was a 30 minute wait. it was more of an hour wait. And when it was finally our time, the lady was very rude and was ignoring our questions. we start looking for photo ideas and she starts this 15 minute timer, which she never once mentioned and before us there was only 2 families of about 3-4. how could that have taken an hour if everyone ALLEGEDLY gets 15 minutes? and she didn’t even warn us about the timer or that she was going to start it. which she started it as soon as we walking into the photo room. so about...read full review

I also had a very disappointing experience on 12/7. While the photographer was nice, I found myself having to take charge of the entire session. She didn’t seem to know how to guide the kids or get my toddler’s attention, which made the process stressful. I highly recommend providing more training for working with younger children.

The associate, Katie, who assisted us during the preview was not friendly. She rushed us through selecting photos, and I actually had to take over the computer just to have more time to look at each image. She seemed impatient and acted as though we were bothering her.
