My parents, my kids, and I have been coming to Lilly for about 2-3 years now. She's great with all ages, very personable, flexible, and professional. She's at a new location now: Phenix (not a typo) Salon Suites Suite #128 in West Covina near Edwards and the Colony Apartments. There's street parking and parking in private lots across the street. She takes cash and card. Speaks Spanish and English.

My partner and I had a very pleasant experience with Lilly on Saturday. She asked a lot of questions and made sure what we wanted our haircuts to be like. She even suggested going longer and then taking off more since you can't put hair back. I highly appreciated this as I have had haircuts before where we just went straight to cutting a certain length and it was too short and you couldn't do anything at that point. She listened to all my questions about hair, haircare, and even specifics related to when one has a skin condition on the scalp.
