The staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to assist. The entire pro team is outstanding. Josh always goes the extra mile to find the same dye lot number, ensuring consistency in orders. He shows professionalism, humor, and dedication. The staff assisted a customer in switching out broken tiles easily.
Bought some bathroom tiles after a couple of visits to floor and decor. Each time there were helpful representatives but Pedro and Erick stood out while assisting in making my purchase. The store is big with options for every budget.
Today I was extremely impressed by the outstanding customer service I received from Tanya! She helped me find some tile trim I needed and even helped me figure out how much I would need for my project. To top it off when she saw me standing in line waiting to pay she opened another register and got me out of there quickly. This lady is a gem and deserves a promotion!! Thanks Tanya you’re awesome!
tons of parking, convenient easy location, very clean and organized inside. Tons of selections. Attentive and helpful staff. Highly recommend this location and would return. Came here because they had tile another location did not have.
