Huge warehouse full of trendy tiles with some mockups displays that’s helpful for customers to get ideas. Sales were very nice the guy personally walked me to the aisle for a glendora I was looking for.

I've been to this store a couple of times buying sample tiles. Picking the tile for an entire house can be time consuming, stressful & draining. I just had problems committing to one tile.Anyways....Shout out to Liz!!You know that person that runs in almost as the store is closing and needs assistance placing an order that you can't fulfill so now you gotta call around other stores to see who has it? Everyone hates that person! Well I'm sorry,but that was me. Ran in after 7 pm trying to place an order cause who isn't busy trying to do a million things? My wife and I recently bought a house and we have been to multiple Floor & Decor locations throughout So-Cal and I have to say that this staff is the friendliest and most helpful out of all the locations we have visited. Each and every staff member always addresses our inquiries with the outmost professionalism ranging from how much flooring to buy for certain square footage, locating product, composing quotes, addressing returns, allowing our contractor to pick up product with ease, and simply asking how they can help when we look lost in the store.
