I really liked how my nails turned out, the out come is fine. The issue is that they were so loud with the chatter and they had me move 3 different times and switched girls for my manicure when a regular walked in. I was annoyed with what was going on and my pedicure was a bit painful... she cut me when she pulled on my nail. That could be my issue, I'm sure I had a slight in grown but she did not even acknowledge that I was hurting and bled. She stopped and looked at me, then continued on. Not an apology or issue as to why she was being so rough.. I believe in 2nd chances and I decided to visit because of all the good reviews. I will try again and hope this was a fluke...read full review
