Absurd fees for name changing of water bills. Rude staff. You leave a message no one calls you back and says they never received a message. They are only in the office Tues & Wed. Like what type of business is this?. Supposedly home owners own part of the company thats why they charge $600 to change a name on the water bill. My bill jumped $50 in 3 days. Supposedly in 1 mth we used $150 in water. From the looks of it all they are doing is scamming their clients. Terrible business. But stuck with them as they are the only water company out here. Now I regret voting for them as a water company.
