My week long experience on retreat at the Pneuma Retreat Center was exceptional. My time in the forrest and by the powerful waters was so restoring. The food was deeply nourishing and they were able to accomodate my GF vegan diet. The genuine warmth and care of all of the staff felt like I was staying with family.
One of the most touching things about my stay was I inadvertently left a very precious piece of expensive jewelry behind . I now have this precious ring back as several staff members had to go above and beyond their normal scope of service to insure and mail my ring. My stay at Pneuma Retreat Center in Mount Shasta was truly wonderful. The property is absolutely beautiful, nestled among the mountains and towering trees, creating a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. The river flowing through the property adds to the serenity, and I especially loved the dedicated cold plunge area—it was the perfect way to connect with nature and refresh both body and mind.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, making everyone feel right at home.
