The place is AWSOME!!! The people the staff, the woods. The energy is of a very high vibration. Perfect for meditation, introspection and for taking care of oneself. Highly recommended.

This place is wonderful in case you want to retreat yourself from the world. A couple of years ago I stopped by for a few days and finally I had to extend my stay there since I was having the most incredible time.I got so relaxed and calm that I found myself struggling to leave. Nature is magical there and I felt very much connected with it. I'm looking forward to go back and take my students this time for a retreat.

Set in the foothills of Mt. Shasta and 5 miles from Interstate 5, this rustic collection of standard rooms, cabins, apartments and is surrounded by pine trees on the banks of Parks Creek. It's 10 miles from Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Standard rooms come with private bathrooms and a shared deck. Private double occupancy wooden cabins feature wood stoves, private bathrooms, and kitchenettes. Creek-front apartments come in a variety of single occupancy up to 6 people and count with kitchens or kitchenettes and private bathrooms. Conference Hall and catering facilities available for retreats. Naturally occurring creek pools infused by the mineral waters are available for cold plunges.
