From start to finish, Trinity Heating & Air has excellent customer service, attention to detail and highly knowledgeable, dedicated techs and staff. We had 1 Mini Split installed, in which they arrived as scheduled, answered all questions I had, went straight to work and got the job done perfectly! Thank you all & keep up the great work! Highly recommend.
We had 2 minisplits installed in our garages. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of installation is top notch! The technicians arrived and went straight to work. They left our area clean when they finished. Great job guys!
I could not rave more about the quality of care in their work and developing relationships with clients. The mini split system that was installed has been excellent!! Every single staff person from owner to the front office is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely their to help!
