These people scheduled an appt to install a replacement water heater. They called 2 hrs after appt time to say they couldn't make it until the next day in the afternoon. They never showed up the next day and didn't call. Not a good experience.

I called to have them hook up my water dispenser and ice maker on my new refrigerator. I was told that they aren't even working in our county right now and unless it was an emergency that they couldn't help me until July. I need my ice for July when it's hot. I can't believe how hard it is to help your local customers. Sad!!
