Poor customer service. The girls at the front desk were rude and I felt like I was being ridiculed when selecting glass- laughing and giggling. Dr Suzuki himself is a gem but I want to feel good about the entire experience. His daughter is a bit lacking in bedside manner so ... it detracts

I went in for my annual check-up and paid for my contacts lenses in advance because they were very quick to collect payment. I went in to pickup my order and no one was there. I came back a second, third time, office still close. No note on the front door saying why they are close. I call no one answer, left a VM and still no answer. So disappointed!

After 3 years getting my annual eye check up I tried to get an appointment only for them to tell me they don’t accept Medi-CAL anymore. At least send mail or message that you decided to stop providing Medicaid service now I have to scramble and find another provider that does accept Medi-Cal. Pathetic.
