Fair price I just caught them on an extremely busy day. They had a register online and wait till you are texted. After about 30 minutes I went in and found a ton of folks ahead. After finding someone I was advised I was number 28 and they were on 11. I did get the service I needed but it would be awesome if they included in their texts what number you were and where they were in serving. They had to work long after the normal time at the location I went to because there were so many people that day. I would go again but would always go ask where they were in serving folks to avoid another long wait.
The experience was okay, could be better organized, should have two lines one for large dogs and one for small, mixing the two together doesn’t always work out. Also, the scheduling is confusing of where in line are you supposed to be, especially when they text a group of people to all come at once and get in line. Well I waited 2 hours for the text then 4 people after my number inline rushed to get in the line first.
I had a fantastic experience at the PetVet Vaccination Clinic in Watsonville! I brought in my two 12-week-old miniature poodles for their vaccines, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful making the whole process easy and stress-free. I was especially impressed with how short the wait time was, even with other pet owners there.
The pricing was very reasonable, which I really appreciate as a pet owner trying to give the best care without breaking the bank.
