Steve and Jacob just finished remodeling two bathroom showers for us -- our experience exceeded expectations. The tile work is beautiful, their attention to detail was top notch, their guidance in choosing materials made a huge difference, and the entire process was smooth and timely. We appreciated how well they worked with the HOA and vendors on our behalf minimizing the need for us to negotiate the red tape. They communicate well and respond quickly to any questions. Added plus .... they do an amazing job keeping the house clean and dust free by sealing rooms off and protecting walls and carpet. Minimal clean up needed when they leave. Steve Boraca has done excellent remodeling/construction work for us at our condo over the years. He did a major kitchen & two bathroom remodel several years ago, and recently removed old cracked sink and replaced with new one. The works quickly and efficiently. Never leaving behind any mess. I would recommend him highly.
