Based on the reviews, Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning provides excellent plumbing and drain cleaning service. The team, including plumbers like Emmanuel, Joe, Manuel, and Arthur, is described as very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly caring about good customer service. They handle a wide range of jobs, including water pump and tank repairs, water line leaks, sewer line clogs, septic pumping and inspection, and tankless water heater maintenance. Customers appreciated the clear communication, fast response, and dedication to getting the plumbing system working again. The plumbers explain each step in simple terms and answer questions clearly. They are also noted for their strong teamwork, with extra technicians often coming by to support the crew. The work area is always cleaned up before they leave. Pricing is fair, and they fix problems without pushing unnecessary services. For anyone in Watsonville needing pump, water line, septic, drain cleaning, or general plumbing repairs, this is a reliable, trustworthy, and reassuring choice.
Manuel, Joe, and Damon did an excellent job on our whole-house repipe. They showed up shortly after 8 in a clean service truck and were professional from the start. I was nervous about such a big plumbing upgrade and had a lot of questions about how the repiping process would work in my 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. Manuel, the lead plumber, took time to explain each step, answered every question clearly, and let me know their crew handles repipes all the time, which really helped me feel comfortable. The team worked efficiently, stayed organized, and completed what felt like a very big job in about 7 hours. They made the water line upgrade feel easy and stress-free, and the whole project went smoothly from start to finish. I’m very happy with the quality of the plumbing work and relieved to have this major home improvement done. The crew was skilled, respectful, and easy to work with, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Watsonville needing repipe service or other plumbing work.
With all the financial stress at our recovery home in Watsonville, it felt like one plumbing problem after another. We needed help with a clogged sewer line, a toilet that was loose at the base, and a leaking water supply line. Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning came out and took care of everything, including the leaky pipe, and made sure the bathroom was cleaned and sanitized when the work was done. They were kind, professional, and a huge help during a very difficult time. I am very thankful for this much-needed support. If you need plumbing or drain cleaning service, I highly recommend them.
I recently used Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning to repair a toilet leak in my bathroom, and the whole service call went very smoothly. Taylor was professional, polite, and clearly knew a lot about toilet repair and leak detection. What really stood out was the honesty and clear communication during the job. Taylor even showed me pictures of the completed work, which gave me extra peace of mind. I was told the toilet was not sitting level, so a shim was installed and the base was properly sealed to stop the leak and help prevent future plumbing issues. It was a great experience having such a dedicated plumber handle the repair and keep me updated on each step and...read full review
