Our water pump tank was stolen, and we had it replaced quickly. Soon after, the water pressure started pulsing and the water shut off during a shower. We called for plumbing service, and Emmanuel came out the next morning even though he was dealing with some discomfort. He found a partial blockage in the line and repaired it right away. Emmanuel and Joe did an excellent job. When they arrived, Emmanuel went over the plumbing work with me before getting started, including repairing an outdoor water line leak, installing a new hose bib, correctly setting a new pressure regulator, and fixing some older DIY plumbing issues. Emmanuel kept me updated throughout the job and took time to answer my questions clearly. During the work, I noticed another plumbing issue I had missed before and asked if they could take care of that too. Emmanuel provided a quote for the added plumbing work and completed it as well. Absolutely awesome! That is the best way I can describe the septic service from Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning today. Manuel was very helpful and professional while explaining the septic pumping and inspection process, what he was going to check, and how the system works. Since I am still fairly new to owning a home with a septic system, I really appreciated the clear communication and honest advice. It turned out the sludge at the bottom of the septic tank was very thick, so it was obvious the system had gone too long without proper maintenance.
