To start things off, I never write reviews. We just bought our house and needed to have it tented for drywood termites. Jacks termite solutions was very easy to work with and did a great job. We would definitely work with them again if needed.

They did a great job. I worked with Jonathan he was very knowledgable, very professional, and quick to respond. He was able to come out and give me a quote the next day. The house was tented and completed within a week. The 3 other companies I called couldn't even schedule an estime within a week. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.I had a couple of questions after he gave me a quote, Jonathan was very quick to respond.

I purchased a home with termites. I got quotes from around 10 different places before meeting Jonathan at Jacks and being so satisfied that I stopped trying to get a better price. Jonathan was the only person to explain the process to me (and he came in at the lowest quote of the 10). Imagine a company actually trying to educate their customers.. I couldn't give access to the house for Jonathan for a few more weeks (rent-back situation, and since there is no lease I didn't have normal landlord rights), but he did a drive-by to confirm the quote he gave me over email. Once we had access to the house his team came by to look around inside. Then we picked a date, his team showed up exactly on schedule, and they took off the tent exactly as planned. Jonathan made this whole process super easy for us. Absolutely I will recommend him to my friends.
