The counselors, there are ready to work with you on your rehabilitation, focusing on a holistic approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy. For me that worked very well because I'm not AA type of person. Obviously , the more effort you put into the program the better results you're gonna get out of it. The CrossFit and yoga that is offered , helped me to adjust my mindset to create a healthy routine. The one on one counseling, the structured routine daily, the on-site, nurse, and everyone there are dedicated to your recovery.
