I recommend C&J pressure washing. I spoke to Jose the owner, who answered on my first call, on Thursday. I told him I needed the exterior of my house pressure washed ASAP as I was a party the following week and it was a mess. He put me on the schedule for Monday. He did a great job. He also pressure washed a patio and some flagstone paths for me. Both had grime and mildew from many years. Everything was so bright and fresh when he was done! Our HOA had C&J Pressure Washing come out to clean our car parking spots. In particular we had a resident's car that had been leaking oil for some time.
You cannot take oil fully out of concrete, but C&J Pressure Washing did an amazing job and the stain has faded significantly. There price was affordable. They were on time. They were easy to work with, and they delivered what they said they would.
We will definitely be calling them back.
I highly recommend them.
