I was happy to be able to set up same day appointment for a broken window. They took half the time other shops were estimating around. Prices are great compared other competing companies. Even vacuumed my broken glass. ✊
Based on my experience, you couldn’t choose a better place to do business.I had a double-paned window that failed but was still apparently under manufacturer’s warranty. This window was part of a larger order purchased from ABA Windows close to 20 years ago. I spoke with Tony Pinmentel at ABA and asked about replacing the window and, if possible, making use of the warrantry. After providing Tony with documentation about the long-ago purchase, he had a worker drop by to evaluate the failed window. Tony then called me and said that this manufacturer’s warranty responses had become problematic but he offered to replace the window at no charge.ABA Winodws could have easily blamed the manufacturer, and left it to me to make a warranty claim directly with them. Instead, ABA Windows promptly came out and repaired the failed window…and it looks great.As far as I’m concerned, the best way to judge a business is whether it stands by the quality of its products or survices, even when it would be easy to duck responsibility. By that measure, ABA Windows deserves your business.
