After a difficult Christmas with my cat obviously needing critical care, all emergencies turned us away without even looking at her. We were forced to wait for an appt I had on Tuesday, precious critical care just not available. On Tues where I had an appt (not here, these guys are the heros) they told me they had no record of it and would not even discuss it with me. Finally I drove another 30 minutes to go to Wasco. I was desperate. Even tho I didn't fit the criteria to be a patient they let me see the doctor. The staff is wonderful and the Vets are unsurpassed ! Tom saved my cat Cassidy’s life and she fought to survive against the odds. The difference is, our Vet would not give up on her!! I am forever grateful.
I have been to many vets and I got to say that this vet hospital is the BEST OF THEM ALL ! good old fashion Drs that don’t rob people and are concerned for your fur kids , other vets told me to put down one of my babies and Doc was able to give him 5 extra years of life with his colasp trechea , and takes great care with all my digs ,
