Walnut Valley Pest Control is the best! I never worry about bug or rodent problems because help is just a phone call away. Mary does an excellent job of communicating with customers and scheduling service appointments. Craig (service technician) is veryconscientious and willing to spend the time necessary to find and address the source of the problem. Recently, I called to say that I had rats in my attic and Craig determined that a new air conditioner compressor unit had not been screened off properly, which was causing the issue. Giving 5 stars to this company does not do the justice at all. Their service deserves more than 5 stars. Mary, customer service, is so professional, helpful and esp of her patience with me. I was so anxious about my house situation of getting rodent and she patiently answered all questions I have. The way how she communicated to me is professional. When I first called this company with so many questions, she basically answered each single question with patience. I'm also very thankful to John who comes out to my house and did wonderful jobs. Mary and John, you are awesome.

John was helpful and helped find the active rat nest in our house and pointed out where they were coming from and also looked for our roach issue. He used basic wood rat traps and no poison and was very friendly and patient with our questions. Price was fair and he did a great job
