I’ve been going to VFE for a little over a year now. The first time I came to them it was because of an injury. I was training for my first marathon Long Beach they got me up to shape and I was able to complete it. now I have Marco working on me. He’s been my bodywork guy for about six months he’s really good and has worked on my lower back and my inductors and the rest of my body. I’m a truck driver and a runner I feel like bodywork is a must every week I’ve been very happy with the results with Marco and VFE I highly recommend them. Best in town.
I have been going to VFE in Walnut for a few years now, they always have amazing massage therapists and Marco is no exception! I’ve been having a neck/shoulder issue and for our second session he did a more targeted and focused massage, my neck/shoulder has been feeling so much better. In addition, he found and addressed a heel issue that I had forgotten about because I was so focused on my shoulder. Amazing!
