I owe a gigantic THANK YOU to my favorite sports therapist, Rich Lorton @vision4enrichment I've been visiting Rich for 5 years now. He has helped me through a few injuries. Rich always knows the root of the problem, as well as how to help me manage and navigate through the injury. I trust in his knowledge and expertise. I allow him to massage through pain because I know he's getting the spot that needs to be addressed. I appreciate that he is flexible with my schedule and that I can see him at various locations, making it convenient and easy for me to see him. I first came to VFE over two years ago when I was injured. As an avid runner and person who likes to work out, I was suffering from excruciating sciatic pain. When I came in, I couldn't even walk without a limp. I dealt with the sciatic pain for over a month with no relief, despite taking time completely off of working it. With no signs of healing from rest alone, I began to seek alternative options.A friend recommended VFE so I booked an appointment with Rich.
