Would not recommend coming here...*Strike 1:* My mom had filed her taxes with them back in 2017 or 2018. Everything was fine until we got a letter from the IRS saying we owed a penalty fee for not reporting our income. Confused, we went to the accountant at Rowland Heights Tax Services to figure it out. It turns out the accountant forgot to put in the W-2. I repeat: she forgot to put in the INCOME for the INCOME tax return. What in the world. She said she would pay the late penalty but never did.
