I wanted to share my experience and review of the **style unit I purchased from Phoenix Automotive. I ordered it on June 21st, and it arrived in less than two weeks, which was a pleasant surprise considering it was shipping from ******Over the weekend, I installed the unit and encountered an issue with the ** buttons not working. To my surprise, I was able to speak with a customer service representative on my first attempt at calling. They walked me through the installation process, and the young lady from Phoenix Automotive was friendly and helpful.
