Great product and amazing customer care! Technicians are knowledgeable and the customer care team assisted me to trouble shoot some hurdles during the self installation. This is my second screen purchased one for a 2014 Jeep SRT and one for a 2016 Ford F-150 XL.
Bought radio for my 2013 Silverado. Fit was perfect. No instructions provided so need to watch the video they have to confirm connections. Had to meet with their service tech as I couldn't get my aftermarket backup camera to work. Phone call with their tech, Jinjun, and he pointed out the reverse trigger wire in the harness. Very polite and patient with me. Connected the wire and everything works great. Side note, for the Silverado, you will lose the factory power outlet and USB connection location. Easy fix to add in the panel below the radio. Awesome unit.
I had a really great experience with Phoenix Automotive from start to finish. The customer service was solid, friendly, responsive, and actually helpful without feeling pushy. The whole purchasing process was smooth and easy, which made a big difference.
Also there technical support. They really know what they’re doing and take the time to help you figure things out. I bought my unit back in 2021, and even now in 2026 I was still able to reach out and get the same level of help and respect like I was a brand-new customer.
