I arrived to Dr Peng's office in severe pain, Dr Peng worked on my back and the next morning I was 95% better. Dr Peng is a miracle worker!!

I called and made an appointment. The front desk said it's ok if I came in at 12:45. I drive all the way down from Long Beach. When I seen the doctor he said he only could work on my hand and left leg... he only spent 1 minute to tape the electric on my right hand and left leg, and it's only done in 20 minutes. Right now I have to drive one to go back. When I talked about my right butt hurts, he let me comeback tomorrow and go to Alhambra. Why I spend f****** three hours to cross the whole LA and come to get only 20 minutes service with an appointment that even didn't finish the treatment???????????? Waste time.... My experience at this chiropractic office has not been a positive one and leaves much to be desired. I went in for a check up and treatment after a minor car accident. The initial meeting and assessment of the doctor was alright in that he answered questions I had and explained what things meant on my x-ray. He did a brisk assessment of my back and neck and that was the extent of my interaction with the doctor. Office management is near non-existant. There is no appointment time and is first come, fist serve. It seems like they just want to get the patient in and out as soon as possible. I asked the staff how many more sessions are left in my treatment and they shrugged... read full review
