Desperately needed gel removal and I caught Thai right at closing. He kindly stayed to help me remove the gel and was so kind and helpful. We made great conversation and I left excited to come back next time to support Thai!
I came in as a walk in when I read the reviews that they do powder dip. The guy was great, I believe his name was Peter. It was my first time getting my nails dipped. He explained the process but also recommended I ask for an appointment next time. I've gone twice now and he's done an amazing job both times.
We had a party of 6 and needed our nails done on late notice for a wedding that weekend. After the nail place around the corner denied us right away, I decided to call and Thai told us they could work on us in an hour. We decided to get some shopping done while we waited. We came back and started our nails, which took a good few hours as we all got both manicures and pedicures. Thai and Cindy were both the kindest, most personable people to talk to and they made our experience very enjoyable. They stayed open late just to finish our nails which was so so appreciated. They're both so hard working and it shows. My little sister was scared of getting her pedicure and Cindy was wonderful with her! She helped her calm down and realize it wasn't bad at all. Beyond all else, their prices were great and we all loved our nails. They lasted for weeks! There were a couple spots that we thought could've been done a bit better, but nonetheless they were amazing. If you're looking for somewhere to get your nails done in Walnut, I would absolutely recommend this place.
