Contacted Vista on 2/18/25 to provide an on-site quote and possible repair of a leaking shower drain at the top of the gooseneck where it connects to the down pipe. Brooke was quick to respond with a date and time for the technician to be on site. Keith arrived on time and had a super attitude and willingness to get the issue resolved. He determined the cost and provided a quote which was reasonable and fair. He then quickly got to work under the house in a very tight crawl space. He completed the repair in short order and tested the result to demonstrate that the fix solved the problem. Seriously if you don't use Vista Plumbing for your next plumbing or bathroom remodel you are missing out. From Brooke giving me great customer service to Ray outstanding work on the plumbing and coordinating everyone to get the work done. He always kept me in the loop and what was needed to be done next. The cost was a great price for everything that they had to do, way cheaper than I expected. Thank you Brooke and Ray, I absolutely love my bathroom for the first time in 23 years!
