This place is the bomb and the people are the bomb. I had some medical issues and was stagnant in my fitness situation. But Brian, Emir, and Berny built me up and I am a new woman. I feel very thankful for people like these who commit themselves to making others better. The positivity, the support, and the vibes at VAC make it a unique and unparalleled gym support community.
I’m so glad I decided to join the holiday hustle challenge at VAC. Not going to lie, I was hesitant. But the camaraderie and family like atmosphere sucked me in. All of the members and coaches are extremely motivating and supportive and it’s exactly what I needed. I lost 11 lbs and 3% body fat!
