I came in a bit late since I didn’t know if they’d have my frame to fix or not, but thankfully Angela & Jenna helped me by picking up the frame themselves after hours and having it ready for me the next day. Went above and beyond, thank you so much Jenna for the pick up and Angela for helping me!

Went for a long overdue eye exam. Scheduled online but had to re-fill-out some forms in person. Jenna was great and personable with giving realistic expectations. 20-25 minute wait for exam past appointment time. Exam was remote, which was effective but communicating with the remote optician was difficult at times. The results were great though and the price was very competitive. Didn't purchase glasses on this visit but Jenna was great with helping find frames and going over costs and options, which were more competitive than most brick and mortar optical stores. Will return.
