Saul was exceptionally diligent in his walk though during quoting, outlining how specific areas would be handled on removing old chipping paint, sanding down raised edges of those areas and ensuring that all repaired areas were primed.
I had had some dry rot that I had fixed along our roof and Saul’s team took care to inspect and ensure again that everything was primer ready. They worked quickly and efficiently rotating around the house caulking the board & batten siding, paying special attention to the eves and caulking all of the joints of the tongue & groove ceiling to eliminate persistent spider issues.

They did a quality job. They power-washed, repaired the stucco, caulked, and prepared the wooden surfaces before painting. The paint job was done meticulously with no missed spots or over-painting. They even put on a second coat of paint on the south side of the house which gets the most sun. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Saul is a good guy, and easy to work with. Would use them again, and recommend them to my friends.
We contacted Ortiz Quality Painting to paint the inside of our house. Saul Ortiz came out on short notice and quoted us a very reasonable price. He started painting on the day promised and finished right on time. The quality of his paint job was excellent and communicated well with me during the process. I would definitely hire him again when it’s time to paint the outside of my house.
