Kudos, praise, confetti to Jacob B. at the Vista location. Yes, the service was (so) reasonably priced-3 times less than what we anticipated. Yes, Orkin was quick to respond and very courteous with notifications regarding arrival times, etc. With all that said, it is about the individual that shows up at your door. Jacob deserves any service award, promotion, raise you can give him, because he made this process so easy (and helped relieve our stress about the problem), and because he is kind, professional and knows his stuff. Super happy he's the rep for our area!
