I'm one of the many people that got a Covid puppy. Pippin arrived in August 2020 and by that fall he was in his first puppy class at Kindred Spirits. Over this last year he's been in 4 more classes ranging from intermediate obedience to tricks. Last week, he passed his therapy dog training, just a little over a year from his first class! The trainers at Kindred Spirits are fabulous. As their name implies, they take a very caring, positive approach to training. The variety of classes has been a lot of fun. The trainers also offer a lot of personalized advice that has been extremely helpful. Pippin was always a sweet puppy but now he is a confident dog ready to go greet the world!

I’ve been with Kindred Spirits and Liz Palika for more than 30 years. I’ve trained 6 dogs and 2 kids with the philosophy that “you can’t just tell them when they’re doing wrong, you have to tell them when they’re doing right.” Kindred Spirits’ training philosophy is wonderful, the classes are fun and the trainers are engaging, knowledgeable and friendly.

Today Scarlett graduated from basic training. Thank you Kate, Petra, Dawn and all the other helpers. The training is excellent. Kate has so many ideas to help with every puppy problem. 5 Stars for sure.
