Hiring this contractor may lead to unfinished work. I've witnessed numerous projects that were started but never completed because his parents, who fund his lifestyle, often convince him to abandon the job. Since his parents cover his bills, own his house, and purchase his vehicles outright with their wealth, he lacks the motivation to see projects through. This has negatively impacted many clients, as well as his associates and unpaid workers. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence and checking references before proceeding to avoid the unfortunate experiences others have had.

Didn't show up for the appointment. When I finally got hold of him, he said he just woke up but he will come. When I asked him if he has my address, he said he did but when I asked him for it, he couldn't answer. I told him to forget the appointment and I will find some one more reliable

I had John come out and fix some outlets and install one outside. Also had him move my Tesla charger from outside and into the garage. Everything was great. Thank you John for an awesome job!!
