The sliding doors that open for indoor/outdoor always stick and are hard to open. They never worked well from the beginning so we avoid opening them. Cost too much to not use. I wouldn't recommend.

Useless patio doors that have let water in and damaged our floor boards. Crap warranty that is non transferrable and they won't help you if you don't have an original receipt. Doors are terrible quality to begin with, not even close to air tight even after weatherstripping.

Bad product. Bad warranty service. Purchased a Jeld-wen patio door. It will be our last purchase from them. The rollers on the patio door do not work, so the patio door closes improperly. The rollers for screen door also do not work. I contacted customer service, they need a ton of info from the door. I told them it is not accessible, patio door has been installed, I would have to take apart to get at info they want. Basically told, no warranty then. Stay away from Jeld-Wen products!
