We’ve been having problems with one section of our roof leaking for years. The original roofer would come out and patch it but it would always leak again. Jim came out and was willing to deal with working around our pergolas on the house (which made access more difficult). They replaced that section of roof and it looks great. We just had a major rain storm come through and no leaks, the real test!
Jim & Jake installed a roof coating on about 45,000 sf of roof for us and they did an amazing job. They sent us photos of their progress from the initial needed repairs to the final coating. Other roofing companies did not want to do a coating and said roof replacement was necessary. Jim & Jake thoroughly inspected the roof & showed me why they were comfortable applying their roof coating system. It’s been almost 3 years and no leaks & we saved a significant amount of money doing the coating vs replacement. Thanks Jim and Jake.
