My review is based off lack of accommodations. The first time I ever visited this salon, Claudia listened to my needs and I left the salon with a haircut that checked every box. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for my second visit. I specifically asked to have my hair thinned out and Isabel recommended not to thin out my hair based on her expertise. I decided to listen to her recommendation but was unhappy with 1. The look and feel of my haircut without thinning it out 2. My curtain bangs don't fit with my hairstyle it looks like they are disconnected. When I asked to come back in for accommodations I was told I would have to pay full price. Very poor experience.

Claudia dyed my hair and gave me a hair cut. She gave me an appointment within 24 hrs. She was professional, friendly and best of all I love the results. My son told me that now he has a younger looking mother (kids don't lie). I would definitely recommend her.
