Anita listed our long-time home. She did a thorough walk-through and gave us a detailed list of exactly what needed to be done to get our home ready for the market. Anita made sure that all potential buyers were serious and pre-approved before confirming a showing appointment as we didn't want looky-loos coming through our home. She did an amazing job marketing our home and negotiating, netting us top dollar in a tough real estate market. She was extremely patient with us as we were not the easiest sellers! Anita listed my condo for sale. Prior to my home hitting the market she gave me a checklist of things that needed to be done to get it ready to sell and provided a list of contractors and handymen that could get the work done for me. She also recommended a stager. At first I was a bit hesitant, but Anita assured me it would show much better and get me top dollar. Boy was she right! I netted more money than I ever dreamed I would!
