I had an Appointment with a Cardiologist there today 12/24/24 at 10 am i called yesterday at 4pm to confirm my appointment the girl who answered confirmed yes you have an appointment at 10am so I get there the girl at the front desk never looked up at me I was standing there for like 3 minutes so I tap on the windows to get her attention and she tells me did you throw water on the window I said no I tapped the window with my umbrella to get your attention not once did she apologize very bad experience I will not go there again
Have been going here for years! Great place to receive all kinds of care under ONE building. Everyone's nice and NEVER EVER had an issue here as a whole building of care. BUT, WAS just notified that 1.1.25 they are no longer contracted with KEY MEDICAL GROUP! Are you serious! That's a lot of families/pt's that will be severely affected! And now the lists of providers left is very very slim elsewhere and booked out for months, and will have to go to numerous places to get labs, X-rays, see specialists, etc. Sucks! Please renegotiate the contract with Key Medical! I bet one of the reasons is it is now Adventist Health and Kaweah wants the business but has no providers....read full review
Co worker had recommended VMC, but after seeing all the negative reviews, I understand now. They are horrible at communicating, cannot get through to anyone. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for almost a month, will look elsewhere for another physician, do not recommend!
