I was a patient of Dr Vallard for years and years and so was my mother. Dr Rex bought Vallards practice and I called for an appt, but patients didn't transfer now we have to start over as a new patient and wait 4 months for an appt!! Not acceptable!! Will go elsewhere!!

This office was in Payson, AZ. Dermatology by a receptionist is what it should be called. I finally just went to the local store and used dry ice to remove the skin issue myself. At this office it was two young women trying to burn off a skin lesion that should have had a biopsy done on it. That was what the doctor who referred me recommended. Super weird experience. Not used to the lack of knowledge from a Doctors office but this is just an Alliance, so, should have known. They are great at calling you in a month to ask if you want to come in for some other super skin treatment that costs too much to get rid of aging skin. For this kind of money I will go to Phoenix next time.

First time in. The office and professional staff were wonderful--friendly, efficient, the works. April was personable and knowledgeable-- a real whiz -- and made short work of large number of lesions. My prescriptions were submitted before I left the office! Two thumbs up!
