He is very responsive and easy to work with. He measured our window, gave us excellent advice and insights to help us make our selection, and installed the blind. He is very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with our order. In addition, he is very personable, friendly, and trustworthy.

He came out measured our windows for an estimate and showed my wife and I swatches of the roll up shades until 8:30pm. He was very patient with us as we finally decided on the color.
