We had two previous bed bug treatments before calling valley exterminators. Neither of them worked, as in we STILL had a problem after the treatment. When we called valley bed bug exterminators, they were professional and educated us on the different treatment plans as well as why we most likely continued to have a problem after our previous treatments. They performed a heat treatment for us and took great care while in our home (we have cameras in and around the property).
