Terrible customer service by management. A sign was posted for shampoo that was on sale. Apparently the sale had ended two days ago and they had not taken down the sign. Instead of honoring the price ($4 difference so not a big deal for me but frustrating because of the principal of good customer service), they refused and said they couldn’t. I know managers have the ability to override prices and honor the posted price since it was their mistake, but she chose not to and was quite curt about it. I will never shop at this ulta again. I had a fabulous experience. Yesenia from Clinique was knowledgeable, took the time to explain products to me, and was never pushy. I had a great interaction with her and she deserves a raise! I will absolutely be back. Thank you Yesenia for a wonderful experience.

Always greeted when walking in but can never find someone who is available to help. It seems like the employees who are knowledgeable about the products are vague and short with their answers to questions. Or they don't know. Always clean and plenty of items to choose from.
