One of the hardest vet visits we’ve ever had but the staff was extremely kinda and compassionate, and gave all the options and time we needed. I have had trouble at other vets but no issues here and we ended up deciding on humane euthanasia for our cat. Thank you to the veterinarian and all the veterinarian assistance. Beans was in great hands and was very comfortable in her final moments.
Pricing was very comparable to non emergency vets I have been too.
I love everyone here. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, especially during stressful visits like when our two dogs got into something they shouldn’t have. We’re never judged for coming in scared or worried — instead, they act quickly, explain everything clearly, and truly put us at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about both pets and their people.
All staff members were very polite and professional. The wait was long but much shorter than what was estimated over the phone. Seeing a vet outside of normal hours gave us peace of mind and much needed medication for our pet.
